商品代金以外の必要料金
デジタル商品のため、送料はかかりません。インターネット接続の通信料は、お客様のご負担となります。米ドル建てのお支払いのため、カード会社所定の為替レートや手数料がかかる場合があります。税金が加算される場合は、決済画面にその金額を表示します。
Other charges: no shipping fee, as everything is digital. Your own internet connection costs are yours. Because you pay in US dollars, your card company's exchange rate and fees may apply. If tax is added, the amount is shown at checkout.

When you pay: your card is charged when you place the order. Pre-orders are also charged when you order.
商品の引渡時期
予約商品は、各商品ページに記載のお届け日までに、メールでお届けします。現在のお届け日は次のとおりです。

When you get it: pre-orders arrive by email by the delivery date on each product page. Current date: Tokyo Night Rules by Tue 15 Dec 2026.
引渡方法
ご購入時のメールアドレスに、ダウンロード用のリンクをお送りします。
How you get it: a download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
動作環境
PDFを表示できるスマートフォン、タブレットまたはパソコンが必要です。音声ガイドのご利用には音声を再生できる端末が必要です。商品の内容は、すべて英語です。
What you need: a phone, tablet or computer that can open a PDF, and a device that plays audio for the audio walks. All content is in English.
販売地域の制限
現在、EU加盟国および英国にお住まいの方への販売は行っておりません。
Limits: we currently don't sell to buyers in the EU or the UK.
返品・キャンセル・返金について
デジタル商品のため、商品の返品はございません。通信販売にはクーリング・オフ制度がありませんが、当店では次の返金保証を設けています。
Returns, cancellations and refunds: as these are digital products, there is nothing to send back. Online sales have no cooling-off period, but this store offers the following refund guarantees.

お届け日までに届かなかった場合は、ご請求がなくても全額を返金いたします。
Pre-orders: if it isn't in your inbox by the delivery date, you get a full refund without having to ask. -
Tokyo Night Rules（返金保証）
実際の旅行で使ってみて、夜の時間がより楽しくならなかったと感じた場合は、ご旅行から戻られてから30日以内であれば、いつでもメールでご連絡ください。代金を全額返金いたします。ガイドは、そのままお使いいただけます。
ご連絡は、ガイドをお届けしたメールへの返信か、me@mattjhannan.com 宛てのメールでお願いします。注文番号がお手元にあれば、あわせてお知らせください。
ガイドのみ・音声ガイド付き（Audio Nights）のどちらも対象です。
Tokyo Night Rules guarantee: use it on your trip. If it didn't make your nights better, email any time up to 30 days after you get home and you get every cent back. You keep the guide.
How to claim: reply to the email your guide came in, or write to me@mattjhannan.com. Include your order number if you have it handy.
This covers both versions: the guide on its own and the guide with Audio Nights.
上記以外の理由による返品・キャンセル・返金は、お受けしておりません（商品に不具合がある場合を除きます）。
Apart from the cases above, orders can't be returned, cancelled or refunded (unless what you received is faulty).
返金は、ご購入時のお支払い方法に対して行います。口座に反映されるまで、カード会社や銀行の処理により最大10営業日ほどかかる場合があります。
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your card company or bank may take up to 10 business days to show it.
日本語の表記と英語の表記に相違がある場合は、日本語の表記が優先します。
If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version applies.
