Pre-orders: Tokyo Night Rules, Tokyo Map Packs, Tokyo Trip Plans

Each guide is a pre-order with a fixed delivery date shown on its product page. If it isn't in your inbox by that date, I refund you in full. You don't have to ask.

Tokyo Night Rules guarantee

Use it on your trip. If it didn't make your nights better, email me any time up to 30 days after you get home and I'll refund every cent. Keep the guide.

How to claim it: reply to the email your guide came in, or write to me@mattjhannan.com. Tell me your order number if you have it handy.

This covers both versions of Tokyo Night Rules: the guide on its own and the guide with Audio Nights.

The Tokyo Pack

Each part is sent the day it's done. If any part isn't there by its date, you get a full refund for the whole pack. You don't have to ask.

The Tokyo Night Rules guarantee above covers the copy inside the Pack too. A claim refunds the full $67 you paid for the Pack.

Your Tokyo Plan, Done For You

If the plan doesn't fit how you travel, reply and tell me what's off. I'll rewrite it once. If it still doesn't fit, you get every dollar back.

Japan Move Plan

If the plan doesn't help you plan your move, email me@mattjhannan.com from the address you used at checkout within 30 days of purchase, and I'll refund your $9.99.

Anything else

Outside the cases above, I can't cancel or refund an order, unless something is wrong with what you received.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to show it.

Where I can sell

Right now I can only sell outside the EU and the UK.
